SERVICE ADVISOR
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Must be able to assign services to technicians
Must be able to look up and find parts for these services and have knowledge in this area
Must have some prior knowledge or experience working with the automotive industry
Expect to be interacting with customers on a daily basis while assisting with addressing customer concerns as they arise
Looking for someone with a friendly, patient, and helpful attitude
Assisting with scheduling appointments
Assisting with phone calls, customer emails, and questions
History and experience working in a customer service-related role

Automotive Technician Virginia State Inspection Licensed
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
Examine cars based on customer requests or concerns
Follow checklists to ensure a thorough examination of all parts and systems
